Given that service is being provided throughout the university, the Service Excellence Initiative is being led by a core team but requires the commitment and involvement of many departments across ASU.

The role of student-centric initiatives within the Office of the University Provost is to deliver data, tools and resources to student service units to engage and support them on the journey to delivering service excellence in every student interaction.
